Remembrance Sunday Service

Together we remember before God those who served our nation in time of war and those who continue to serve even as we pray for peace in our troubled world.

The revised gathering guidelines for Faith Communities in Phase 5 of the NS Reopening plan allows us to gather for in person worship without any gathering or seating restrictions. Masks are still required for worship but proof of vaccination will not be checked.

The online service will be posted Sunday afternoon hopefully by 3 pm

Thanksgiving Service at St. David’s

Thanksgiving Worship at St. David’s. Highland Games Worship Service

Wear your Highland Best and join us for a Celtic Themed service of worship.

In person worship is at 10:30 am at St. James. T

Online worship will be available around 3pm.

St. David’s opens for the Summer

This Sunday marks the first worship service at St. David’s for the Summer Months. Services are each Sunday at 9:00 am from the last Sunday in June until Labor Day weekend.

M&S Sunday

The 15th Annual Ralph Webber Mission and Service Sunday will help us celebrate the great work of the Mission and Service Fund in Canada and around the world. This year we are pleased to have the Rev. Doug Stewart, former Conference Personnel Minister in Montreal-Ottawa Conference, speak about how M&S supports congregations and the wider church.

Earth Day Worship

As we move through the Season of Easter we pause to give thanks to God for the beauty and wonder of the creation around us. The in person worship will be at 10:30 am at St. James and the online service will be available later that afternoon.

Celebration of Holy Communion

Together we come before the Lord’s Table and experience the bread of life and cup of salvation. If you wish to receive elements to celebrate at home please call the church office to arrange pickup (the fellowship cups we use have both bread and wine in one sealed container)
