Welcome and Announcements
Call to Worship (responsive)
In the darkest valley,
beside the still waters,
in the busy lives that we lead,
and in the moments of quiet and calm,
when we walk with Jesus
goodness and mercy follow us
all the days of our lives.

Prayer of Approach (responsive)
Loving Shepherd, you know us and you care for us.
You walk with us when we face darkness and death,
You fill us with your presence when we feel lost and alone.
You feed us at your table when we are fearful and in trouble.
Remind us as we worship that we are your sheep and
your love for us has no end, Amen.

Congratulations and best wishes to those who are receiving degrees or diplomas at Convocation today at St. FX. May God bless you this day and as you move to the next part of your journey.

Your Social Justice Committee invites you to celebrate World Migratory Bird Day on May 10th. 80% of Canadian birds migrate south for the winter – sometimes travelling 1,000s of kilometres. We can help ensure their survival here by applying assorted window treatments to prevent window strikes. Check out FLAP Canada for ideas. Have you been seeing Great Blue Herons yet? Ruby Throated Humming Birds? Piping Plovers? Song Sparrows? Enjoy birding this summer!
