The prayers and Christian sympathy of the congregation are extended to the family and friends of Beryl Publicover who died earlier this week in Halifax. Please keep Keith, Thabo, and all of her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. A memorial service will be held in August at Hope United Church in Halifax.

This year’s Nelson Mandela International Day on 18 July will be celebrated under the theme: “It’s still in our hands to combat poverty and inequity.”. The Social Justice Collective invites you to reflect on this message and what you can do to carry out its mission. Not an easy task, but vitally important!
