Your Social Justice Collective asks you to mark the 22nd, World Water Day. The 2026 theme is “Water and Gender”. The global water crisis affects everyone, but not equally. Where people lack the rights to safe drinking water and sanitation, inequalities flourish, with women and girls bearing the brunt of finding and fetching water – often over enormous distances. And please note Earth Hour (observed 8:30 > 9:30 pm) on the 28th. The Biggest Hour for Earth – get ready to celebrate 20 years of impact! This year switch off your lights and spend 60 minutes doing something, anything, positive for our planet.
